The Centers for Culture and History welcomes you to pursue your area of research within our in-house and online collections! We enjoy meeting your needs to find out about anything from the history of your relatives to how old your house is to what businesses were in Orleans 100 years ago.

Object Collections

 

The OHS objects collection offers the opportunity for research into historic textiles, maritime artifacts, art, and household goods related to the history of Orleans.

Our photo collections include the H Sparrow collection and a number of images by local photographer H.K. Cummings as well as numerous other photos of area people and places.
